Hi. I think of hurting myself but I promise you that I won’t because it’s not an option just a very dark thought to let someone know that I’m in lots of emotional pain and I can’t make it stop. I have two adult children, a girl who is almost 30 years old and a son who is 27 years old and has his own mental health issues..

@smilie We care here. Like @merpreb said, it's terrible to feel so down. Can you pinpoint what caused these the start of this down slide? Can you put the brakes on that thinking and slow yourself down to a crawl? Are there tools you have used in the past that you could pull out of your closet again for this episode? Perhaps things like gentle exercise, or counseling, or journaling, or some interactive groups? We do not want you are being yourself and please if you are considering that call for help. Don't try to be so strong that you ignore your own safety. We Care.

I’ve suffered from depression since I was 12 years old and now I’m 60 years old. I have medicine and I’m getting professional help. I even have an emergency crisis unit to call, so I’m safe but not feeling well. Thank you for your support z
