@taya Hi. I think that your thought of action to "not suppress a cough" and "ease up on Clear Lung" are unrelated. Most certainly you should cough up any mucous that you have but I believe (and it is my belief), they do not go hand in hand. My understanding of Clear Lung is that it diminishes the mucous (which is good) and thins it so you can cough it out. Anyone else with thoughts on this???? Kate

Just wondering, is there any benefit to nubulizing with a small amount of vinegar added to the saline solution?

Hi Kate! I started using Clear Lungs and it pretty awesome! I believe with everyone it’s different. I do still cough but I bring up a good amount of mucus everyday. It works for me! Thanks Rita.
