Sorry. What's the next step . Are you your Dr in follow up? There's a answer out there. Keep advocating and pushing Drs for answers. It's understandable that you feel hopeless.

I currently don't have a doctor only the surgeon that did my surgery and he doesn't seem to care just keeps telling me to use a heating pad but that doesn't work. My mental health doesn't seem to be of concern to him either
