I recently had this test because of kidney stones. Virtually all my results were low. My doctor wants me to repeat the test.
Protein can increase your creatinine level, especially red meat. Also, supplements that contain creatinine. Has your doctor mentioned why it is so high? Oh, do you have Diabetes by chance?

The nephrologist does not seem to be concern but i question his abilities to be honest. He was just mumbling during the consultation. I do not have diabetes but can high creatinine clearance be an early marker of diabetes? My fasting glucose and A1C was fine.
