The Mayo Patient shuttle will pick you up and deliver you to the St Mary's entrance. The shuttle drivers are amazing in how well they take care of wheelchair patients or anyone needing assistance. The shuttle makes regular scheduled stops all day with a route between the Clinic and St Mary's.
Once you arrive at either area, there are volunteers available to assist you to your appointment area. And they have wheelchairs available for use.
When I needed wheelchair assistance, they meet me at the shuttle drop off and had a wheelchair waiting, even helped me to get on/off the shuttle. The shuttles are Handicap friendly.
I sent you the link for the Concierge chat line. It is open during business hours. You can ask your specific questions and you can learn of the possible assistance that is available to patients. You might have a brief delay until the "Live Chat Line" link shows up at bottom right corner of the page.

Hello @dazesaday, did you check with your hotel to see if they offer a shuttle bus to Mayo?
