My husband has been diagnosed with all four of these and I just want to understand more about what is to be expected. And what I can do to help.

@tmmmrlts- How are things going? Do you think that a call from you would expedite matters any?

Right now the appt is set for may 31st and if they leave it that way. He doesn't think he will make it.

@tmmmrlts- That's just awful that the doctors who scheduled him didn't see the urgency of your husband's condition. I hope that you will keep the pressure on to get him in sooner! How are you holding up?

Sometimes I have been told if you need to be seen NOW, to go into the ER, so maybe that is an option for your husband. It is worth a try and then perhaps he can be seen immediately by a lung doc. Best wishes for you and your husband.

@merpreb I'm doing ok. The lung dr here called up there to try and get him in sooner. I called again today to see if he found out anything. Waiting on a call to see if he could get it earlier.

@baz10 it's a specialist at Barnes hospital that we are waiting on. Unless we drive up there and go to the er I dont think it would help
