Started CBD 12/1

Using it for inflammation related to osteoarthritis. I have had minimal results thus far and am wondering about dosage and the actual product. Does anyone have insight into results and dosages. I find it confusing choosing a good brand product and figuring out dosage

I never tried the CBD oil but tried CBD cream on my knees for arthritis. I don’t think it worked for me but maybe the oil is different.

@mar337 I use the cream on thumb and for me it gave me some relief but had to keep putting it on for the price I pd I dont think Im going to get it again I get better results from Biofreeze

I have used the THC:CBD in a 1:20 oil under my tongue . I get more pain relieve from tylenal. The best mix is 10:10, equal parts of each. You need the THC in with the CBD.
