Thank you for your response. Not quite sure how to navigate this site yet. My present physician not much help. Need to find a more sophisticated urology facility.

Hi @nbrud. There's a mid-course you might consider. Get a second opinion from another urologist, even one practicing alone. You might confer with your present urologist about that (without giving him veto power over your choice). Martin
