I would not say you have AL, but I have Gelsolin, part of that, and I have this set, especially the LV posterior wall hypertrophy. Just make sure you do the SERUM sFLC(c) Serum Free Lite chain assay, and that the test is analyzed by a top lab, such as ARUP, Quant, Boston, etc. It really looks like a misfolded protein issue to me.
