Hello @dismith550, welcome to Connect. It must be frustrating to have to deal with so many symptoms without getting the definitive diagnosis yet. I am glad to see that you have another scheduled visit with a gastro physician to keep the search for answers. I would like to invite a few people to this discussion that have had similar experiences. @nobletype, @astaingegerdm, and @edda have discussed similar chronic abdominal area pain as well. I'd also like to invite @chamisa, @sandytoes14, and @edithmiller who also discussed a hysterectomy and may be able to share if they had any issues with adhesions from the surgery that caused other symptoms.

@dismith550, while we wait for other members to share their experiences, have any of your wife's providers offered any advice on how to manage the pain while you continue to search for answers? You mentioned Nexium, is that a medication that takes awhile to build up to effectiveness?
