Where in your feet and legs do you experience pain due to neuropathy? Anyone else having intense pain that seems to travel between hip flexors, knees and thighs?

I have experienced pain all over my body that was caused by a cervical spine problem. It was misunderstood by a lot of doctors and I found medical literature with patient cases of cervical stenosis presenting with symptoms of leg and thing pain. That was my issue too, and then I came to Mayo, and having surgery at Mayo completely resolved those symptoms. If no one has evaluated possible spine issues for you, you may want to inquire about that. A physical therapist may be helpful in accessing this as well. My symptoms actually started first by producing pain in my ankle when I turned my head and I could turn that pain on and off by the position. For me also, pain in my knees can come from my pelvis being tweaked out of alignment, as well as back pain, and my physical therapist fixes that by realigning my body. Improving core strength helps maintain my proper alignment and posture.

I've been seen at Mayo Spine Center several times, and I know that the entire length of my spine is very, very arthritic, but I suspect that my thigh pain may be caused by non-diabetic lumbosacral radiculoplexus neuropathy, and I'm trying to get an appointment with the Mayo neurologist who wrote the book about that particular form of neuropathy.
