I feel the same left side chest pain I have really big knots in my shoulder and neck my left arm and hand feels weak the pain comes and goes been to the hospital blood work was fine and X-rays but i feel like I’m going to have a heart attack soon told me it’s anxiety but idk worsens after drinking alcohol
