I was diagnosed with bells palsy almost a week ago, I'm concerned its not that. I haven't found any one with the same or similar symptoms I've had prior to being diagnosed. My doctors wont listen to me. I'm not sure what to do.

I had Bell’s palsy I was very lucky my face is back to normal but lay hearing on my left side is almost gone and my ear thumps almost all the time ,what I found it help was warm compress on my afecten side and massages I’m trying some drops in my ear today see if that helps
