@techi

I just want to know if you have another diagnoses or had those symptoms but there in another group can you respond. Because so many of us have more than one Illness and either want to know more or want to give experiences you went through

Thank you!

Hi Liz @liz223

I wasn't sure if anyone had responded to your question about finding sciatica discussions. There are many people who have posted about sciatica.

If you go up to the top of your screen you will see a search Icon (it looks like a magnifying glass),click on the icon and then a box will appear, then type in the word "sciatica" in the box, then hit "enter" and all of the posts that mention sciatica will come up and you can look at each one.

When I did that I saw sciatica listed under Chronic Pain, as well as Scoliosis, etc. You can then reply and respond to all of the posts.
Here is the link to the search, https://connect.mayoclinic.org/search/?search=sciatica

@rinstaffordaz , you were correct in posting in the Digestive Health group about gut issues, such as diarrhea and bloating. Here are a few discussions to take part in:
- Gut problems https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/gut-problems/
- I am a relatively healthy person with a problem "bloated belly" https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/i-am-a-relatively-healthy-person-with-a-problem-bloated-belly-my/

I hope you'll also register for the online expert Video Q&A about Scleroderma on November 15. See more details here:

How do you find out how complete your profile is?

Hi @jakedduck1,

Member profiles lets you tell people about yourself and helps you find others. You can personalize it and complete it to share as much information as you want – below each information box there is an option to checkmark, whether you want to make your information public or not.

– Go to your Profile. Click your avatar in the top right and select My Profile.
On a mobile device, click the menu (☰) symbol and select My Account, then My Profile.

– Click EDIT to add or edit your:
Name (optional)
Bio (Tell us about you. Max 500 characters.)
Profile photo (Use JPG, JPEG, JPE, PNG or GIF format. Less than 5MB in size.)
Banner image (Choose from the options.)
Click SAVE PROFILE.
Click “I’m Done Editing.”

– Your profile also shows the Groups and Pages you follow, and the messages you’ve posted. You can edit the Groups and Pages you follow in your profile.

Thank you Kanaazpereira but it still doesn’t show me the percentage like it use to. Last time it popped up my profile was 66% complete. Is it at 100% complete now and no longer shows??? I believe I filled out everything but mentioned I needed a pic even though I already have one (even though it points to the left.) Colleen said would fix it. Also is there a problem with the updates, when I hit the button it takes me to a page that says “No updates” now I have to try and decider which are new, very time consuming and extremely frustrating!!!

@phillrachel

Is there a group for liver hemangioma or liver resection. That is why I'm coming to Mayo in a couple weeks and would like to connect with people who have had the surgery.

Since there are so many functions related to the Liver and many ailments wouldn’t it be worthwhile to have a section on the Liver itself that encompasses its functions and various diseases and malfunctions???
Just my 2 cents worth

Here's what you will see when you click on the "Autobiographer" badge:
