@prashantnayal123 I had symptoms similar to yours, white patches and sore throat awhile ago. I saw the doctor and it was determined to be thrush, which is a fungal infection. The doctor prescribed Nystatin and the thrush was completely gone in a few days. They said to drink tons of water to keep everything balanced in my mouth. It was scary as I too was worried about cancer. Get it checked at the doctor's just to be sure, and get the prescription for Nystatin.

I had an ongoing canker sore far back on my tongue. After two months of that I went to and ENT who ordered a scan that determined that I had tongue cancer and a mass around my larynx. I am just beginning this new and scary journey. If I were you I would have it checked out. You have nothing to lose.
