Have you tried the phone numbers on the link? I would also try emailing them if you have not done that already. When I filled out the questionnaire awhile back, guessing more than 2 years ago I got the impression I was never going to hear from them unless they needed more samples. If you are trying to get genetic info, the Genes for Good program at the University of Michigan might be another avenue although it takes 2 to 3 months to get the results...still waiting for mine. They will let you download the raw genetic data from the spit test sample after it's processed and I found out their are a few labs that you can send the raw data to for about $10 and they will tell you what it all means.
