Tamoxifen use after 5 years

Any advice on using tamoxifen after five years when you're not post-menopausal and in "low risk of recurrence" category?

Julie, have you taken tamoxifen for 5 years already and are asking about the effectiveness in reducing recurrence by taking it longer?
