@rwinney Hello
I know it has been awhile, but here is the latest update.
still have pain in my right eye whenever I move it to suddenly or at an acute angle. I no longer have dry eye after several years of Bruder pads, borage oil. and cleaning my eye lids each morning. Yeah!
After cataract surgery, it took mr 2.5 years and 7 prescriptions to finally see clearly. It turns out that I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotic eye drops used after the surgery. My eyes just swelled up and took forever to go back to normal size/shape.I repeatedly told the surgeons that I had major reactions to many antibiotics. I guess that message didn't mean anything to them.

Please, Please do your home work when choosing an eye surgeon for cataract surgery. It is not all ways a walk in the park.

@bluekittymom Thanks for sharing your experience and circling back. Eyes are nothing to mess with. Do your research, listen to your body and communicate to doctors. I'm so glad you got through the mud and have come out on the other side. What benefits do you most appreciate since having cataract surgery?
