Thank you very much for your reply.
My pathology market showed I would respond better to chemo than BCG, however, after my initial 6 chemo treatments it remains to be seen, if they were effective- of course after the CatScan and cystoscope.
I appreciate your input, it makes me more familiar with the bladder cancer treatment possibilities.
I do have high grade bladder cancer, not yet muscle invasive and hope it won’t change.

Good morning. As mentioned elsewhere, my pathology after TURBT, using the Vesta AI system, indicated that BCG would not work for me. I have high risk NIMBC and CIS. After 5 weeks of Gem/Doce, my cystoscopy and cytology were clear. Since then, I have had 3, four-weekly Gem/Doce instillations, and a cystoscopy last week, which was clear. I am awaiting cytology results.
The whole experience has been one of minor discomfort during instillations, plus some increased frequency, but no other discernible side-effects.
