Yes. We have to "go on with love"--even if we reach a point of exhaustion when we feel more like we are "in hate" than "in love."

My George's moaning and groaning--and yelling and screaming--throughout the night (and upon waking) pushes my buttons. ...but I am always able to recharge by coming to all of you who post on this Forum. I especially appreciate the support of people like jehjeh @jehjeh (who continue to support us after the lost of their spouse) and shmerdloff @shmerdloff (who isn't even a caregiver of someone with dementia).

Namaste,
Lilly (George's Wife)

Diagnosis isn't everything. Daily, minute to minute, I am dealing with people who miscommunicate, make up fantasies, live in them, project them onto other people, and get angry when no one will play their fantasy game with them (projection identification). Too often I am dealing with groups of people all in agreement that their collective fantasy is Reality.
Or, maybe everyone else knows something I don"t, and it is I who suffers from an undiagnosed clinical condition. It may be pushing ME to the edge.
Sincerely
Don Quixote

"More in hate than in love"!
That's such a great way to put how I'm feeling. For some reason, my husband has had a few agitated days in a row, and that just about sums up my feelings.
