Has anyone at Mayo heard of ANNEXIN A5 for RETINAL VEIN OCCLUSION? I've heard that it is in phase 2 clinical trials. Please double check me.

@dantheman31, this is what I could find.

"ANXV (a human recombinant Annexin A5) is well-tolerated and safe in Phase 1 First In Human clinical trial and is currently in Phase 2 in Retinal Vein Occlusion." https://iovs.arvojournals.org/article.aspx

I found the phase 2 study to which you're referring being conducted in the UK:
- Safety and Proof of Concept Study of ANXV (Annexin A5) in Patients With Diabetic Retinopathy or Retinal Vein Occlusion (NEXUS) https://clinicaltrials.gov/study/NCT07259928
