@santosha Its April 29th and they won't budge.I am gonna change my routine workouts etc... to see if it makes a difference.The vertigo feeling bites but maybe changing routines will help.

Oh, I had thought your appointment was scheduled for May 29th. How wonderful that it's actually April 29th, just a few weeks away!
Definitely, epilepsy calls for ongoing adjustments to our daily routines. It's something we learn to navigate, little by little.
On that note, I'd like to share another video from my dear yoga teacher, Prof. Marcos Rojo. He was recently invited by the Brazilian Yoga Association to give a talk on the topic of limits, followed by a guided practice session — a subject that feels very relevant to us.
