Sleep Disorders & Parkinson's Video

Hello @chrisj2491 @denie57 @johnjames @trouble4343 @ggopher @tntredhead @aperob @caryp43 @burgle @macbeth @knightkris @mariemarie @pjsammy

During our discussion about Mood Disorders and Parkinson's some of our Members discussed that sleep problems affect their mood. This is certainly true - the better we sleep, the better we feel during the day. I recently came across a video done by the University of Michigan in which Dr. Andrew Berkowski discusses this phenomena in Parkinson's patients, here is the website where you can watch this presentation, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6s4A6HFkjGo&feature=youtu.be

I hope that you learn something from this video that will be helpful to you in understanding your sleep problems and the types of remedies available.

Hi Kris, @knightkris

I hope you are doing well. I know that sleep has been a problem for you also. Any improvements along that line? How are dealing in general with your Parkinson's disorder? Any changes?

Thanks, Steve @ggopher, I had not heard about that before. From your description it doesn't sound like any air is being used like the CPAP.

No air but it is an odd feeling.
