Wishing, please share what you have learned so far. Have you had your vitamin D levels checked? That is a very common cause of skeletal/muscle pain and often overlooked, but easily corrected with prescription doses. The description you described can be attributed to many causes. I feel your pain! Similar symptoms for me began around the age of 55 and it seemed that I went from an active person to a very fragile old lady within a couple of years. Please give us more information.

Hello
I live in a small town and nit one doctor learned about my problem with pain in muscle joints in medical school. I went to many doctors and they claimed all in my head, stress, etc. At 56 and pain in joints etc i has three dissections of aorta ,heart valve replacement and was perhaps only one to live. I was disabled and I finally went to a large hospital in another state and the genetic specialist tested me for 5 hours. He said it might be a rare connective tissue disease passed from your parent. I then searched for dr francomano in baltimore marylynn. I live in ms. I got a free medical flight for people with undiagnosed medical problems. She found i had one of possibly four connective tissue diseases. I have sense found i do not have ,EHLERS DANLOS BUT AN UN NAMED RARE FORM. so search on line for zebra on facebook and youll find thousands with problems like your symtoms. May not be what u have at all but 1 out of maybe 500 doctors would never even suspect or know about it. Good luck
Judee

I just posted what i went through to find out . I found a genetic specialist can find problems like those described joint, muscle, fatique, pain, loss of weight ,pain moving around your body because of inflamation. I forgot to mention two things ,one i had no vit D at all . Genectic dr. Put me on 10,000 mg day, then that mast cell disease causes joint muscle pain also. Process of eliminating many foods. I also have that. But my pain is reduced drastically by not eating many foods and taking vit D . Not diagnoising but sharing experiences. Good luck
