@deestrada So far I have not experienced skin thickening but have only been on Brinsupri for 10+ weeks. Would it be possible to say more about your symptoms? How did you noticed the skin thickening on your feet? Is it only on the bottoms of your feet or all over? Does it interfere with your walking, or itchy or other?

My fingertips feel rough but that's par for the course each winter it seems especially with the cold snap. The soles of my feet are different in winter than summer too, less exfoliation it seems.

I hope you get some relief with what the dermatologist gave you!
