Hi I notice when I drink coffee 2 cups or have sugar donuts it trigger my AFIB within 1/2 hour it takes almost a full day for it to go away
has anyone else experience it ?

@bigj honestly now that you say it I do notice some arythmia alerts if I eat any sugar. I don’t eat much of it but I wonder if there is a connection. I don’t drink caffeine at all. Only herbal tea
