Has anyone experienced leg pain while taking Orgovyx
I am 77 in good health except for PC, my PSA was 27.4, Gleason score 4+4=8, and decipher score was .84. I am into my 5th month of Orgovyx and completed my 28 IMRT radiation treatments last month. Since completing radiation treatment my first PSA level was < 0.08 and testosterone level was < 20. So far it seams like everything is heading in the right direction. I am doing weight resistance exercise daily for either upper body or legs. I have had some lower back pains that I treated with heating pad which helped. My worst problem now is I am having severe pain in the back my right leg where I was wounded in Vietnam from a 122mm rocket. I am wondering if anyone else has experienced leg pain while taking Orgovyx or could it just be I am experiencing some muscle loss which is causing the pain in the area of the wound.

Been on Orgovyx since the first week of June. I did have some leg and joint pain for the first month and a half or so, but it has since resolved. I do notice leg and leg joint weakness but, like you, I just finished IMRT last month, so I don't know if the weakness is ADT, radiation, or a combo of both. I do know I feel better after I walk a couple miles. Best wishes.

3 ReactionsLeg and back pain are common side effects from ADT Drugs. They normally call it muscle and joint pain.

1 ReactionBeen on Orgovyx for just about 11 months. (Gleason 7 (4+3) with seminal vesicles invasion. Did 44 radiation treatments. Had to pause the Orgovyx for about 8 weeks because of coronary artery issues, but back on it now and Doc says probably for a total of 18 months. That being said, my legs are really bad. Leg aches that cause me to use a cane walking any distance. From my hips to my ankles its just so achy and weak that I have to stop altogether. Hot flashes I can deal with. Just turned 80 but in my mind I’m only 60. Hoping when I get off the Orgovyx I’ll return to normal. Wishing everyone here all the best. God Bless. Ken

I’m 78 and have been on Orgovyx for almost 3 years. Never had a problem with legs aching, But I do take 600 mg of gabapentin three times a day. When I’ve tried to reduce it, to wean off, pain comes into my legs. Had the same problem when I was on Lupron And tried to taper off.
I can run the track a cross the street 1 mile twice a day. I have had both of knees and one hip replaced.

1 ReactionHello. I have been taking Orgovyx for over a year now and I have the same pain in the back of my right leg. This is so with other bloggers. I suggest not to worry that much, keep doing a little exercise and massage onto it. Orgovyx is good to me. I hope it is good for you, too.
Huh! Learning something new every day. I’m on Orgovyx (+ Nubeqa) and have experienced no muscle pains (with the exception of a recurring old shoulder injury). Something hitherto unknown to be thankful for.
I was on a six month Orgovyx regimen and experienced leg/shin leg pain w/in first month. But it was short lived and I did not have any other bone pain the remaining 5 months. I would expect the pain to resolve quickly
