Going through this at the moment but was not validated by Mayo Drs. There are hundreds of women going through the same in online forums on Facebook, Reddit, Menopause Matters, etc. It may be rare but HRT withdrawal can cause very severe neuropsychiatric symptoms. Many of the women in the forums have healed over time even from severe HRT withdrawal symptoms like akathisia and psychosis.
