My legs and ankles ache most afternoons from the antibiotics. Not sure which one causes it. I take Ethambutol, Azithromycin, Rifabutin and Clofezamine daily. Sometimes my hands hurt also. Have you tried taking Tylenol. I usually take a Tramadol (prescription) the afternoons they really bother me. I soak my Aerobika in warm sudsy water then rinse it in plain water and let it air dry. Every few days I sterilize by putting in Dr. Watson bags (can get at Amazon) with a few ounces of distilled water and microwaving on high for 2 minutes. You can also run it through the dishwasher in a basket.

Thanks! Katherine

Jen, I soak my Aerobica in warm water with a drop of Dawn. I then agitate device and let sit for half hour, rinse in warm water, shake off excess water and let dry on paper towel. At end of day, I mix 3 parts warm water with 1 part white vinegar and let sit for hour. Close with final warm water rinse, shake off excess water and dry on paper towel. If not using daily, store in plastic bag.

I had tried substituting end of day cleansing with placing in boiling water, as instructions indicated, to save money. However, coupler became soft and became distorted and unusable.

Hope this was useful, Jan.

I did notice the coupler not wanting to attach. Very good to know.
