@hazely I have been on Trelegy 200 for about 2 1/2 years . I was diagnosed with level 4 Emphysema the first time I went to seek help . I was put on 24/7 oxygen at 4 liters . And Trelegy 200. They asked me if I felt better using Trelegy. I honestly could tell no difference . I am still on 4 liters and the Trelegy. I get winded if I try to do much. I have to pace myself and avoid sob. There are many changes one has to make . I don’t use fitted sheets . Two flat sheets are much easier . I don’t tuck anything . The hardest thing for me is dressing. All the pulling and stretching moves we make to get a garment off or on. I use my oxymeter anytime I feel sob or if I feel my pulse go up . My Dr told me that if my oxymeter reads 88 or lower, then I am to stop. , sit and wait for it to regain to 90 or 91. He tells me brain and body damage starts to happen at 88. . Those moments add up . So I try very hard to avoid over doing any actions . If an action takes too much energy , I try to change my method . We all are having hard times . Bless You , I wish you the best !!! Crystalena

@hazely Thank you so much for your reply! I don’t normally reach out, I am very much an introvert but I have gotten so depressed 😔 lately. I am dreading the holidays because I can hardly do anything, yes even making the bed is tough. I know my family just doesn’t understand and I get so tired of explaining or trying to anyway. I have gotten to the point of not wanting to see anyone. The doctors office is as far as I go. It’s just nice to know that someone actually does understand, so thank you. And yes, why oh why can’t they figure this out? Maybe they don’t want to after all these meds are very expensive. Thanks 🙏 for the prayers and I will do the same. 🤗
