@circawdm Sorry - I thought the subject line or header and the statement about a full bone marrow work up was enough to indicate that I had a recent workup with a hematologist - no bone marrow or genetic issues were found. I see my rheumatologist every other month or so, more frequently if warranted. She gives me good advice and helpful things to ask my PCP. She cannot order a colonoscopy or endoscopy or iron infusion. She also cannot refer me to gastro for any of that. My PCP has to. Thanks for the input. My hematologist had a lot of energy when I first saw him, but once all my test were negative, he was dismissive and told me to follow up with my rheumatologist and PCP.

I messed up trying to text you ! I am sorry you are going through this lack of proper diagnosis and treatment! It’s discouraging to be treated with disrespect and dismissal!
Pull yourself together, if you do not want to go back to same doctors, look a a big teaching hospital and ask to get a second opinion!
Maybe even call your insurance company and ask them to help you find someone who will look at all your records and evaluate you ! I just hated when a patient is dismissed! If your PCP does not want to help
Get on the internet and look for a new one who is internal medicine!
I hear your frustration and understand you !
In past years I was in the similar situation!!
You have a valid concern 🙁
Good luck ! Stay strong for your self
