Celebrities promoting health products & cures: Warning AI fakes

Posted by howardrlewis @howardrlewis, Nov 6 1:48pm

Hi, Bill Gates is promoting a product called "SugarWise". It is supposed to be beneficial for Type 2 diabetes. I respect Bill Gates but this does not seem likely. Has anyone tried the product?

There is another discussion similar to this regarding SugarWise. It has fewer members posting but the concerns are the same: AI, scams alleged & bogus endorsement by Bill Gates…..
Not all AI is bad but can be in the wrong hands or used incorrectly.
It is always best to ask your provider about supplements, medications, treatments etc. because your provider knows you and your history.

On Facebook, It seems the last several months there has been all these commercials/posts about having a supplement that helps with diabetes, weight loss, arthritis, back pain and a bunch of other health issues. Most of these show pictures of famous/rich people like Elon Musk, Bill Gates and a few others.

Knowing FB has so much false claims and stories, I just assumed this is another somewhat scam sale. Most likely the product will be expensive at least $50 plus shipping and is only online. If you clink on the story it takes like 15 minutes of them talking about how great their product is before you can see what they are selling and how to buy it. Yes these products will have a bunch of ingredients like vitamins and minerals but at a low dose with some other "propritory ingredients.

I think the information and the research by the people above shows these promotions are not to be taken seriously. While I can not talk or other people, I will never buy any of these products.

There is another post about "SugarWise". Please read that one as well.

A few people did some good research and basically said it is not good. Some may call it a scam. It probably have some vitamins and minerals and whatever else they put in it. Nothing is proven any of these work on diabetes.

For me, I will never buy any of these hyped products that I see on FB. I am just surprised FB allows these people to advertise these products.

Well I know one product that actually works. And I have been selling it for years.

In my store I sell SMART PILLS. And I guarantee it will make anyone smarter. Every couple days I go into the woods and I collect rat droppings and put them in a small bottle called "MY SMART PILLS" and sell them for $10 a bottle. The other day a guy comes in and sees the pills. He starts to say, they are fake, no proof just like all the people above saying about the FB products. But I tell him for $20 I will triple his money back if it does not make him smarter. So he buys a bottle for $20 and takes out a few pills and downs them right away. He screams and yells at me "HEY THESE TASTE LIKE POOP!" (I cleaned up this word). I reply. "SEE, you are getting smarter already". And thanks him for the $20.

OK volunteers and group members, I want my LIKE! 🙂
