Extending my Time: Your tips on recovery after laparoscopic surgery?
74 yo male here getting my body, tail and spleen lapoed out in a few weeks. 8 cm cyst. I'm a T2 diabetic too. No real signs of cancer can be seen but we all know how that is. Ooop sorry didn't see that! Lol! Question really is this recovery from this lapo simmelar to the gallbadder lapo with more pain and healing time. I know I will be getting pump and CGM and of course pills. Thanks for any and all information.

Hi there,
So it's a cyst rather than a tumor?
@mnewland99
Yes so far! Its completely covers my pancreas.
Removal of spleen?
Yes body, tail and spleen. Did you or are you going to.

As far as they see. But like the doc says we don't know if a small tumor is under it till he gets in there.
@mnewland99, yes.
