@leemoore13 You want to avoid saturated fats from animal sources, like dairy and meat. But saturated fat from vegetable sources is good for you, like olive oil, avocados, and peanut butter. (Except palm oil & coconut are bad)
Also, try to cut down on white flour & rice ( use whole grain instead) and sugar.
