Mattress recommendations
Hi! This is a very broad, open-ended question, but I'm hoping you might be able to help. I'm going to start looking for a new mattress for my bed because it does a horrible job at supporting my sacrum tailbone and low back. I get severe pain in those areas and having a bed where I feel like I'm constantly sinking in is not helping. I obviously want a mattress that is firmer and more supportive, but I have no idea what to try, and what to look for, and what to avoid. Is there a particular brand that really works for you, and what materials work best for pain. I currently have a twin bed, and my mattress is probably 15 years old, memory foam with gel, with the mattress topper made from those same materials.
Thanks for your suggestions! Amanda

@slarson14 After many years of looking at mattresses at great hotels I stayed in and was so impressed with the mattress, I found Beautyrest as the best. I ordered me a hybrid that is spring and foam. It’s wonderful. They can be a little costly depending where you shop but they are wonderful.

3 ReactionsI agree, look for the shop/s that take new mattresses & their bedding from hotel suppliers. Great savings if you can find one. Not used. Just stock that hadn't sold.
I have been using a CASPER mattress. All online then & easy to arrange. Their bedding quality is excellent. Some of the best built in features. They come in a box & expand when removed from. Their packaging.
Cotton bedding which washes well & is healthy.
Happy Sleepy Time to all.

Good to know they were cooperative with return, but Ive read many complaints about them.
Please let me know how much you paid to return and/or exchange.
Thanks!
