@ryder0413: Hi again! I just wanted to inquire about your new medication for UTIs. I was prescribed Hyophen- blue pills that make your pee blue. It was touted as an antibacterial agent that helped prevent infection in bladder. It isn’t available to me anymore, but the pharmacist found Uribel to fill the rx. Uribel tablets are “identical in shape, color, effect, etc”. Thus rx is not covered by insurance due to lacking FDA approval of UTI usage. I use my various rx discount cards to get best price, but it is over $250 for 120 pills.
