I think it is best to see a urologist since standard tests don't show UTI. It could be kidney stones, a kidney infection or something like painful bladder syndrome. The urologist might send you to do some blood tests to check your CRP, sedimentation rate or to check the function of your kidneys.
Did you do any blood tests?

@bridgeback2 yes they did blood test as well as a urain test she said everything came back fine
