I am 17 months post TKR with Genesis 11 and still having significant pain and stiffness. Have been religiously doing exercises, trying different ones to try to improve.
Apparently I need a revision to deal with further arthritis under the kneecap, but was told that revision was not always successful. The other knee needs doing but I am discouraged about doing it because of this outcome
A nuclear medicine scan reading suggested that the problem could be related to the "product" used in surgery.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

@cj38

I have one suggestion: get a revision specialist to look at and potentially do your revision. Revisions are more complex than original TKRs and you need the best revision surgeon you can find...even it if means traveling if you can possibly afford it. I would want to know that my choice had done at least a hundred successful revisions before mine.
