@barbarahouse No need to ever sterilize nor clean nebulizer tubing. Rather replace the tubing from time to time. Some people change it often (every 2 weeks) others go 6 months. Up to you. After use let the compressor run a few minutes to dry out any accumulated moisture in the tubing.
