I have a Miele steam oven. I can set the time and the temperature for sterilizing cookware in the oven so I am going to give it a try with my nebulizing equipment. Really want to get away from boiling if I can.

@smallfish1 it sounds like it should work, but if you have an old one, you might try it first. I use a Bololo and tried cleaning the sturdy looking water reservoir for my hand held Water Pik in it. It ruined it-came out very distorted. I have to use vinegar to clean it.
