1-check the trend of your WBC, RBC, & PLATETS OVER TWO YEAR PERIOD
2-Note the symptoms your experiencing , night sweats, lymphatic swelling, etc
3-Go to a hematologist with all the results
4-Go to hospital that treat cancer (unfortunately I don't know where you live)
5-Don't rule out virtual visit to get started

Very good advice. I would go see a hematologist too and get a thorough check-up. Best Wishes for good health to you both.

@kobe2026 thank you. My RBC has shifted slightly going from 5.1-4.o over the last two years and my hemoglobin and platelets have also trended down. My WBC has trended slightly down as well. The hemonc I saw didn't take any of my prior bloodwork into context and wasn't concerned with my CBC at the time so I will take your advice of trying to schedule a virtual with someone else. I live in NY. Thank you for taking time to reply.
