@northoftheborder One funny thing is that in the recovery room, the surgeon told me it had "felt like prostate cancer" (up to then, the main theory had been an independent carcinoma; my prostate and other organs were perfectly normal on the CT and MRI).
Two days later, the biopsy results proved him right.
