Does anyone know what this slash mark is on my mri image?

The radiologist didn't comment about it?

How did you get images if you didn't get results? When I have an MRI the radiologist gives his interpretation which includes pictures. I've never gotten just pictures first.

They sent me to a place called university of diagnostics. They took the mri then was sending me on my way I asked for copy of pics and that’s how I got them with no diagnosis. I get to give them to the dr I’m seeing today. But my appointment with that Dr isn’t until wed to tell me what they found. It’s all through workers comp and I’ve never had to go through this so idk really what was supposed to happen all I know is I wasn’t told anything at the place they did the mri.

I don’t see what you are seeing in the image. Where is the slash mark? What happened that caused you to file a workers comp claim? How were you injured at work? Your curve backwards stands out to me. You don’t seem to have a natural curve in your lumbar spine.

Are you sure this is a MRI image and not CT scan?

It’s 2 horizontal lines where the curve starts. Towards bottom of the picture. And my foot got wrapped up in a strap it tripped me up and I was able to stop myself from falling this happened 4 weeks ago now and I’m still experiencing soreness in my lower back. I was told it was an mri they sent me to another city 45min away to have to done. Went through a white tube and had to endure loud clicking sounds etc for 15min.

Yes, it sounds like you had mri with the longer and noisier imaging test.

If you are referring to the double white horizontal lines across the spinal canal, I wonder if that is from overstretching it. Are these tears?

I also wonder if this could be from markings they use prior to imaging to help radiologists focus their evaluations. If you look closely below the white lines, I see what appears to be dark capital letters/numbers.

They give you earplugs to help with the noise. I could fall asleep in the tube if they gave me enough time. Also the warm air is really nice.
