Anyone have any success with going to an LC clinic?

Sad to hear your outcome wasn't more positive. I see your post is from a year ago, but am interested in how you were admitted to Mayo's 12 program? I've tried several times to get into that, but keep getting the run around with filling out form after form and questionnaires. Actually received a phone call from an intake person, but still nothing moved forward.

I filled out the initial application for care, received a response that said they were looking it over. Then after a week or so I received more forms to complete (very long forms with questions about my symptoms and what I’ve done about them. Also about when and where I have had any medical care. After quite a number of weeks I received an acceptance form and a date to do an online visit with the initial intake nurse. She gave me a choice of dates to come to Mayo. That’s how the process was for me. I do know that they have gotten incredibly busy so don’t give up hope yet. Have you tried to call them?
