I’m sorry for your stressful situation and I know what you’re going through, so many questions and answers take time to get. I believe that it’s still possible that the leision is benign because they usually do a PET scan to be sure. I had an MRI done a few years ago and they saw something on my pancreas and being a cancer patient they always assumed the worst but thank God I wasn’t. All the tests your husband had showed good results and that’s very encouraging, also abdominal pain can be so many different things and being tired is normal when you’re going through tests because it’s always stressful and definitely a way of life after being a cancer survivor.
