Three CTX tests were in the 500s ((Normal Range: 104 to 1008 pg/mL). One was 630 and one was 886 pg/mL. All while taking raloxifene. Same here on the studies - only done for Forteo or Prolia and not Evenity.

Thank you for sharing, I was just about to ask.. The reference range of CTX is pretty broad, and lots of people still fall within "normal" whether they are on treatment or not. My endo likes to see CTX below at least 300 while on an antiresorptive, but I've read some aim even lower.

Just curious, have you noticed any pattern between your CTX levels and whether your bone density (or Tscore) stayed stable? 630 or 886 definitely sounds like the higher end. Was your baseline CTX (Rx-naive, or without any prior treatment) pretty high ?
