I have ANCA vasculitis and alsonexperience mutiple mouth sores. I take prednisone and mexeotrexate, and when mouth sores flare i am.prescribed a.compound called "Magic mouthwash" which is truly magic for clearing these quickly. I have read where others use it as well with similar results. Must be prescribed and mixed by pharmacist. It has steroids in it. Works very well. Good.luck.
