I wish I could offer something helpful, but I’m in a similar situation.
I had two separate procedures where 6 Zephyr valves were put in my right lung &, a year later, 7 put in my left lung. My FEV1 got worse after each procedure, now at 32%.
It seems hopeless, yet I continue to try to exercise what little bit I am able. The future looks rather bleak for this 79 year old COPD patient.
Too bad those Marlboro ads back in the ‘69’s didn’t cover these situations!!!
