@tstern7 18 years post op is a very long time! Big congrats on that! I also had 3/4 of pancreas removed with spleen and am doing just fine without the spleen. You just have to be sure to keep up with your shots (vaccines), to be sure you are protected immune-wise. My surgery was in 2022 and I was stage 2 with 1 lymph node metastasis. My mutations are KRAS12D, TP53, and ATM (VUS); a fierce combination. After a few months following surgery and then chemo I went into stage 4. What type of pancreatic cancer did you have and please share your treatment plan and mutations. Continued success on your good health.
