I have not had imaging of my neck, but multiple people on this forum have suggested that to me. What might imaging of the neck rule out? A spinal leak? CCI?

Cervical spine MRI can show if your spinal cord and blood vessels/nerves are being compressed/injured which can cause many symptoms, including head pain/pressure.
